Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin
2 tsp grenadine syrup
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 egg white
1 mint sprig

Directions

Shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the sprig of mint and serve.
