Ingredients

3 cl Beefeater gin
2 cl Blue Curacao liqueur
1 cl lemon juice
4 cl pineapple juice
5 cl soda water

Directions

Pour gin and blue curacao into an ice-filled collins glass. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice and soda. Stir, and garnish with a long lemon twist, a cherry and mint leaves.
