Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth
1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
1/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters

Directions

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel, and serve.
