Gin and Pink

Ingredients 
2 oz gin
5 oz tonic water
2 dashes bitters
1 twist lemon peel
Directions
In a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, tonic water, and bitters. Stir well and garnish with the lemon twist.
