Peach Daiquiri

Ingredients

1 peeled and sliced peach
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz white rum

Directions

Combine peach, lime juice, sugar and rum in a blender; puree until smooth. Almost fill a large wine glass with crushed ice. Pour peach mixture over, garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
